What this means in practice

We work directly with manufacturers and their authorised distributors, not unverified intermediaries.
Products are distributed exactly as labelled by the manufacturer — no substitutions, no relabelling, no altered specifications.
Technical information published on this site (active ingredients, application rates, withdrawal periods, and similar) is taken directly from supplier documentation and is not altered for length or convenience.
Where supplier information is incomplete, we say so on the product page rather than guessing or filling the gap ourselves.

Raising a quality concern

If you receive a product that appears damaged, mislabelled, or otherwise not as described, contact our sales team directly and we will investigate with the relevant supplier.
